Cherry Cocada

Cocadas are coconut treats from Latin America that are popular around the Holidays. They are soft, chewy mounds of coconut and macadamia nuts mixed with dulce de leche. Cocadas are like macarOOns, but much better! We took it a step further and paired the flavors with a morello cherry gelee. Gluten free.
