Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we don't allow returns or exchanges.
Depending on the circumstance, Lady Yum will issue a credit or send you a new shipment.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email photos of the original product and packaging to info@ladyyum.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders may not be canceled within two business days of the shipping or pick-up date. However, mistakes happen, so please call the catering/shipping department at 866.523.9986 ext 6 and we will discuss the situation with you and do our best to accommodate your needs.
