Shipping & Order Processing
Lady Yum ships macarons throughout the United States using FedEx as our third-party carrier.
Orders are shipped nationwide, using either Standard Overnight or 2-day express shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We do not ship on Fridays or Holidays to avoid the weekend transit delay.
Orders shipped on Thursday may be delivered on Saturday, please check to make sure Saturday delivery is supported in your area. Orders for which Saturday delivery is not supported will be shipped the following Monday.
Unless a specific shipping date has been selected, orders placed after 11:59 PM PST will be shipped the following shipping day Monday - Thursday, except where Saturday Delivery is not supported.
Unless a specific shipping date has been selected, orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays PT will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.
Nationwide Shipping Guarantee
Please check Fedex.com for current updates. FedEx's money-back guarantee has been suspended for 2-Day Express services.
Shipments can only be delivered to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you place an order using a P.O. Box, it may be delayed.
Be sure to provide a correct and complete address because any shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for FedEx.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
Shipping or product charges will not be refunded for delayed shipments due to FedEx error, but we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf.
FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Guaranteed Freshness
All deliveries are sent using two-day service in an insulated bubble mailer with ice packs. The ice packs will likely no longer be cold upon arrival, but this is expected. They do their job while the package is in transit.
The amount of time we spend packaging up our little treats for shipping is kind of insane, but it is the way it must be for us to get them to you in pristine condition! They are special little clouds of fluffy heaven and we do everything we can to make sure they do not break. That being said, cracking happens from time to time, but we promise, they will still be super delicious. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Free Shipping Details
Any promotions of free shipping over a certain dollar amount (e.g. free shipping on orders over $80) require that all items ship to a single address. I.e. orders for each delivery address must exceed the minimum dollar threshold in order to qualify for free shipping. Note that free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
