Banoffee pie is a British dessert pie made from bananas, whipped cream and a thick caramel sauce (made from boiled condensed milk, or dulce de leche) in a graham cracker crust. Its name, "banoffee", is a portmanteau combining the words "banana" and "toffee"
We copied this flavor by using graham cracker in the crust and filling with a well of banana cream buttercream and a dulce de leche center. NOT gluten free.
