Flavors:
Qatar - Doha “Lamp Bear”: We know…. Odd name (but a DELICIOUS macaron!). This is a moment to use our imaginations, hear us out and trust. Before reading this description, take a minute and google “Doha Lamp Bear” and you’ll learn about a 23 foot tall teddy bear sculpted from bronze which sits inside a lamp in the Doha airport in Qatar. It’s equal parts somewhat horrifying and mesmerizing, and somewhat of a cultural icon in Qatar worth millions of dollars weighing nearly 20 tons. The flavor? Inspiration taken from the Teddy Graham (you know - the little bear shaped graham cracker for kids) and features a buttercream infused with brown butter, toasted milk powder and cardamom.
Bosnia & Herzegovina - Tufahija: Tufahija is a traditional Bosnian dessert made from apples poached in sugar syrup and stuffed with a walnut filling. Our version features blitzed walnut praline and apple and pear infused cinnamon buttercream.
Australia - Fairy Bread: Fairy Bread is a traditional Australian children's after school snack classic made of simple white bread and butter, coated in sprinkles. Our macaron version features a buttery buttercream and all the sprinkles.
Iran - Pistachio Rose: Simple and elegant - pistachio green shells topped with rose petals, filled with a pistachio filling with an essence of rose. Highlighting the classic Persian flavors.
USA - Cherry Pie: A nod to the traditional United States dessert - Cherry Pie! The red buttercream has a buttery pie crust infused flavor (doesn’t contain actual pie crust) with Gluten Free Shortbread crumbles and a trace of almond extract. Also contains a tart cherry jam center.
Egypt - Om Ali: An Egyptian-inspired delight that combines warm spices like cardamom and ginger, toasted coconut, pistachios, and golden raisins in a creamy, unforgettable bite. This macaron has been developed and featured by Lady Yum a few times in monthly rotations.

All our classic macarons contain tree nuts, eggs, and dairy. Many of them may contain soy, wheat, or sesame. Our kitchen has various nuts present at all times and the risk of cross-contamination is high. If you have a high sensitivity to any types of nut, we sadly suggest you avoid our macarons
Ingredients
Shells
All our macaron shells contain almond flour, egg whites, sugar, corn starch. In addition to our standard ingredients, Shindig contains fruity pebbles, S’mores contains graham cracker, Chocolate contains cocoa powder, and espresso fudge contains espresso powder.
Fillings
All our Classic macaron flavors contain dairy in some form. Occasionally, we make dairy-free flavors. All our macarons are filled with either buttercream, ganache, caramel, or a buttercream/jam/curd combo. Buttercreams contain butter, eggs sugar, flavoring, spices. Caramel contains milk, butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Our ganaches are made with cream, chocolate, and flavorings.
Food Dyes
Shell colors are created using a gel food coloring. Vanilla, caramel, smores, oatmeal, chocolate, and espresso are food dye-free.
